Emowa Business Group Influencer Agreement Form


This Influencer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Influencer's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as "Influencer," and Emowa Socks, hereinafter referred to as "Emowa."

1. Engagement Details:
a. Term: This agreement shall commence on Emowa team’s approval
b. Scope of Engagement: Influencer agrees to create content featuring Emowa Socks in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Influencer Obligations:
a. Content Creation: Influencer agrees to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Emowa's brand messaging and values.
b. Social Media Posts: Influencer agrees to promote Emowa Socks on their social media platforms, using the provided content and promotional materials.
c. Code Sharing: Influencer shall share a unique 20% discount code with their followers, friends, and family to generate sales. In return, Influencer will receive 20% commission on sales using their code.
d. Exclusive Access: Influencer will receive exclusive access to Emowa's latest collections before public release.

3. Compensation:
a. Commission: Influencer shall receive a commission of 20% on all sales generated using their unique discount code.
b. Payment Terms: Commission payments will be made monthly.

4. Collaboration Opportunities:
a. Brand Collaborations: Emowa may offer additional collaboration opportunities, such as sponsored events, photo shoots, or other promotional activities.

5. Rights and Usage:
a. Content Usage: Emowa is granted the right to use, reproduce, and distribute all content created by the Influencer during the term of this Agreement for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Termination:
a. Mutual Agreement: Either party may terminate this Agreement with mutual written consent.
b. Breach: Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party.

7. Confidentiality:
a. Confidential Information: Influencer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed by Emowa during the term of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law:
a. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.
